雞批味道甜味太重,好像吃甜品一樣,雞批內沒有雞肉,磨菇太多,一點都不好吃!

Dear Sir / Madam, I would like to draw your attention to the poor service of your restaurant in the branch of Telford Plaza in Kowloon Bay called Deli Viet ( 嚐越 ) . I visited your restaurant on last Saturday 12th January, the waiter who served us was incredibly clumsy, I asked the waiter when would the afternoon tea started I waited for about few mins, no one served us, finally the waiter was came, she just simply to told us it was started at half past two, so my mother and me waited for about 15 mins. When it came to half past two, we had our order, this time came to a male manager, he was tall and wear the glasses, he told us we could not order those afternoon tea, because we just come early. I asked him what mean by just came early, he explained to us, if you wanna to order the afternoon tea, please walked out from this restaurant, and line up outside again, I was very disappointed of your unclearly information and waiter, especially the service of the male manager, what mean by walked out from this restaurant, at that moment, I really wanted to left and never came back again, but I did not want my mother felt uncomfortable, I have no way out to order your set lunch waited until half past two. Finally we left, we had been met again of the poor service manager, I felt unsatisfied of his disdained eyesight, and both of us felt discriminated by his behavior. Can you imagine my feeling on that time.
